Filters manufactures car filters. After China & Honkong, UFI wanted to set up their corporate office & manufacturing facility in India to cater to the vast Indian & south asian market. To handle the diverse operations of the company, they wished to have a smart, centrally located headquarters with all the latest facilities.

SSAs designed a long sweeping curve of the glass façade to create illusion of motion. The interiors was designed in a worker friendly manner with open cells for the staff & glass hives for the management; using international brand Haworth modular furniture on all 3 floors. A small lounge/ café space on each floor for creative interactions was highly appreciated by the staff.

The double height atrium with a glass wall, stone cladded curved walls & sweeping staircases is an awe inspiring space.
