Tata Steel Processing And Distribution Limited (TSPDL) is wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Steel & is India’s largest steel service organization. Having embarked on an ambitious plan to more than double output in the next four years to keep pace with the growing demand in India they approached SSA with the challenge to help them set up their new plant in Chennai.

Considere future expansion needs of the company, SSA planned the plant in a liner shape that would be easily expandable without much disturbance. The admin block abutted the plant on one side with long glass windows affording clear view of the shop floor & the process.

Solar panels, rain water recharging and other such ecofriendly design principles were extensively used in the project.
