At their existing 180 acre campus in Haldia, Tata Steel required an office building of around 1000 sqm area where they could house their administration department & seat approximately 70 people.

The New Admin Building was carefully planned & strategically located at the end of the main axis road of the Tata Steel campus & elevated on a little mound so as to achieve maximum visibility. The result is that the building has now become the focal point of the campus.

Use of steel structure & metal sheeting in the façade give it a unique character in keeping with the industrial nature of the company. The breathtaking view of the Ganges on the southern side is undisturbed, thanks to the wide glass windows with low cills. The building is eco friendly & disabled friendly with comfortable ramps to access the upper floor.
