Sheela foam is one of the largest manufacturers of foam & related comfort products in India & south east Asia. Expanding their business at a phenomenal rate the client wanted their new manufacturing unit up and about in a years time.

SSA won this project in a closed competition on the strength of their innovative ideas for an economic and time saving solution. Pre engineered super structure over exposed brick walls & exposed concrete substructure was a unique combination and gave the entire factory a distinct identity. While the foundation & walls were erected at site the superstructure was simultaneously fabricated in Hyderabad & directly flown in time to coincide with the completion of the substructure.

A large retaining pond with a complex system of reverse wells at the rear of the site effectively solved the problem of site drainage; at the same time providing a soothing landscape feature.
