After their strategic tie up with ZKW of Austria, they were looking forward to a super modern manufacturing plant along with a plush corporate office, especially to cater to their numerous global clienteles.

SSAs scheme located the corporate office strategically in the corner of the shed, right in front of the entrance thereby forming the face of the plant & giving the visitor a chic first impression.

Long continuous windows & effective use of skylight panels drastically cut down on the artificial lighting requirements in the plant.Courtyard plan in the office served the same purpose with a beautiful & diffused light effect.
