One of the leading manufacturers of automobile lights in the country, Neolite wanted a plant & office they could proudly flaunt. An awkwardly shaped plot in the Special Economic Zone of Noida district was to be developed as their manufacturing plant, along with an in house administration office.

SSAs scheme took maximum advantage of the odd plot shape by rotating the entire unit horizontally; thus generating a large chunk of open land in the front of the site to be landscaped as a green lawn. The long frontage of the building thus generated is clad in curtain glass to boldly display the state of the art manufacturing facility. Sparing use of locally available sand blasted Dholpur stone effectively complements the glitzy glass façade.
