One of the worlds leading manufacturers of automobile filters, UFI Filters wanted to expand their network in India. They wanted a plant of international standards that would cater to local as well as foreign needs and reinforce their multinational status. An awkwardly shaped plot in the industrial area of Bawal in Haryana was to be developed for this purpose, as their manufacturing plant, with an in house administration office.

The biggest challenge for SSA was to conceive the overall master plan development taking into account some existing buildings and integrating them with the large scale new development.

The double height atrium with glass wall in the Administration block with curved walls & sweeping staircases is an awe inspiring space.
