Knorr Bremse is the world leader in the manufacture of Railway brakes. Expanding their business in SE Asia at a phenomenal rate & to consolidate their market position, they wanted to set up their new, state of the art manufacturing unit and administrative office in Northern India.

SSA won this project in a closed competition on the strength of their innovative ideas for an economic and time saving solution. A Pre-engineered structure with galvalume metal sheeting cladded walls over PUF panels for effective climatic insulation was a unique combination and gave the entire factory a distinct identity & a clean sleek look. A G+1 storied L-shaped Administration building hugged the plant on two sides with large glass windows & a balcony overlooking the manufacturing process
